At Navedora, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

  • 3-Day Return Guarantee: Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with the product. Eligible returns will receive a hassle-free refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, worn, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care products

  • Beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Intimate or hygiene-related items

  • Items marked Final Sale

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

7. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.
